This policy explains what [Contracting company] (“Totality Labs”, “we”) collects when you apply for a Strategy Session, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your first name, email address and WhatsApp number. Your answers to the application questions. The page you came from and any campaign details in the link you followed. If you accept cookies, analytics and advertising data from Google Analytics and Meta.

Why we collect it

To review your application, to contact you about it by email and WhatsApp, to book and run your Strategy Session, and to measure how our advertising performs. We contact you only if you tick the consent box on the form.

Who handles it

We use service providers to run the process: our website host, n8n (automation), Kommo (CRM), Supabase (storage), Calendly (booking), WhatsApp Business and ManyChat (messaging), Zoom (calls), Google Analytics and Meta (measurement). We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as your application or our working relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and you can stop our messages at any time. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. The site works without them.
